Forum Truth or Dare

I would really like to find out how to edit this file. When I open it, all I see is this:

If it's not working, why include it in the application in the first place?
It would really make life so much easier if we could edit and build our own dares and truths on a computer and not manually enter it on our phones.

Also, what codes/structures are used in the formulation of questions, and what do they mean?
Such as #P# ; #ST# and #O#

How would we go about editing the daresToD file?
